What animals do you care for?
We have experience with all different types of animals from dogs & cats to small critters & reptiles! We would be happy to care for the following:
Dogs
Cats

Hamsters
Hedgehogs
Gerbils
Guinea pigs

Tortoises & Turtles
Lizards (geckos, bearded dragons, etc)

If you have an animal that is not on the list, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange a meeting to see how we get along!
What locations do you cover?
We are based in East Mesa, and will happily cover any location within a 10 mile radius from our home, which is approximiately within these street boundaries: Gilbert to Goldfield, Queen Creek to McKellips.
Do you meet with our pets beforehand?
Yes! We want you to feel comfortable entrusting us with your pet’s care, so we offer a free of charge consultation before anything is booked. That way we can meet you and your pets and determine if we are a good match.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We are fully insured, for everyone’s protection.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept payment through cash, Venmo, PayPal, & Zelle. Payment is due at the time of booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice and you will be fully refunded. If you do end up cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we will refund 50% of your payment.
What are your hours?
We work 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
